if you want sli, go for the evga.

If you don;t need sli, go for the dfi.

evga has issues, like incorrect temp reporting in the bios, problems mounting some popular heatsinks (xp90c for example), and when overlocked over 260HTT people say it loses the settings and loses the overlock after a reboot.

If they can fix all that, evga would be the choice regardless of whether you need sli or not.

DFI also gets my vote, though the Evga seems pretty decent especially when flashed with the Jetway bios.
