well, going through alot of trouble but i may have a mach 2 gt very soon, all i need to know, is i have bought the a64 mounting kit do i need die electric grease what type of insulation do i need to do, is there a link?

Even though it doesnt say to use grease in those instructions it wouldnt be a bad idea.

Don't go overkill with grease I'd say, just smear some over the holes in the socket and make sure you get all of them, and on the back of the board over all of the components/pins on and surrounding the socket. And over the small SMD's surrounding the socket. Spread it on thick, don't use too much. I used too much and now I can't remove it. Too much argh!
