I have a 7800gtx and am getting a phase change unit for it. Does anyone have a good guide or something for condensation proofing the card? The rest of my system will be on air, but might h20 cool the cpu.

You may want to beef up the insulation a bit as that is a guide for a chilled card.

Will I not have a need to do any condensation proofing on the mobo? Also, should I use neoprene or is corktape/foamtape better? Can I use liquid electrical tape? Can I get all this from a lowes or wal-mart?

lowes might be more likely to have that stuff but mcmaster.com will be even moreso
I know they have the cork tape/liquid electrical tape and dielectric grease

The liquid electrical tape says its operating temp is only down to -30F which is only -34C.. that doesnt seem cold enough for most phase change systems?
I found the cork tape, it also only lists 20F as its lowest operating temp, maybe thats why you have to put armaflex on top of it?
Also what is the best stuff to coat the actual pcb and resistors with? Someone suggested nailpolish.. but I'm a little skeptical about that.

Ya that vapochill mount is awesome, he made a nice little heatspreader too to protect the gpu core
