I'm gonna have a budget of 300-400$, I've heard about chilly1's kits or units, can someone give me more info, I want to get the max oc of my cpu, and of course I will have some good RAM, TCCD!

Look for used units. Right now JNav89GT has used one in sale at very good price. Your budget is tad short for custom units really.

LOL, he is one busy person give it some time. I don't know single phase change builder who can get back to someone here in 24 hours. Unless someone made it their full time job. (Doubtfull, with the price they are selling at and cost of mishap with UPS, FEDEX, not so knowledgable users... The profit margin just isn't there until it gets to volume production... FYI, Asetek has been in RED for last few years, nVentive went out of business -> The manufacturer side got on it at least though) and those units used to sell for a grand and still do).
