I'm going to be building a system using the h2o-apex watercooling kit (plus a GPU block) in the coming weeks. I need a case that will comfortably fit that inside. I really don’t want to put the radiator on the back for aesthetic reasons.

I’d also like a reasonably nice looking case. I’m not a fan of plain cases. A lot of the thermaltake cases, a few antecs (p180, super lanboy etc), the gigabyte aurora etc etc all look great in my opinion. I know a lot of people will probably suggest the stacker, which I know will fit it all, but I don’t know if I’m happy with the look it. If anyone has modded one to look cool and wants to share it let me know, because that would be a good solution.

Otherwise I’m open to suggestions. Budget is probably like $230-240 australian, which is about $150-160 US.

4 x 3' x 1/16" aluminum angle from home depot $15.85
4 x 4' x 1/16" aluminum angle from home depot $18.43
6 x 24" x 24" sheets of acryllic from home depot $42.44
1 box of pop rivets from home depot $4.45

Building a case to fit exactly what you want and have it look cool as well... Well, not exact priceless, but in your budget!

Correct me if i am wrong , but the Apex will fit in almost any case . The res. is on the drive bay , the rad is external and the pump is very small , so it is not a big deal .

Edit : Sorry . I didn't read you don't want to use the rad. that way
