Wich mobo between Asus P5WD2 and AW8 MAX

many people says that abit AW8 is a very good mobo , and that it didnìt need vmod for medium overclocking.. but i know ( i had got a ic7 max3) that an eventual vmod on abit board is very difficult.. Asus need some vmod , but they aren't difficult to do.

wich mobo do you choose to achieve 350 of fsb in 1:1?

Either one would overclock the nutts off your CPU, but @ 350 1:1, the P5WD2-Premium would be the one, as seen here: 5Ghz EE + G70 (http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/showthread.php?p=928260#post928260). I think the AW8-MAX had difficulties pass 299, either way, max I'll ever use is 250 and both boards can do it except I don't own the AW8-MAX but I will eventually (sometime next year, after TAX returns).
