Changing email for my account....doesnt work

I tried to change my email but it won´t let me.

-> wrote my current password to confirm
-> blank page, doesnt go anywhere....

Same thing, I tried to change my default hotmail account since Im almost never looking at it with all the spams Im getting there. To use my regular one of jf99 dot dr.cgocable.ca
