Ive been having problems with my comp for ages now, for a while I just gave up with it but now I want to try get to the bottom of it, sorry if its a long read but Ill try keep it short.

Basicly a while ago it just kept crashing and restarting, so I turned off the restart on error thing so it would give me a blue screen instead, most of the time the reason was "IRQ LESS THAN OR EQUAL" or something.

I thought it probably just needs formatted 'cause my 2nd HD died before this and my main HD was loaded with rubbish, so I tried a repair, it said it all worked fine but wouldnt boot into windows, it would always blue screen before it got in, so I thought hell Ill have to format, so I did and I lost everything.

It kept blue screening me, so I tried taking things out, after taking out one of my 512mb sticks of Mushkin PC3500 lvl2 it seemed stable, but since the format my 9700pro hasnt been working atall it seems.

In the control panel under smartgart it says the agp speed is off, and in DXdiag it says agp texture acceleration is off also, in the bios however the agp speed is at 8x, and whenever I try to run a game, say enemy territory for example its unbelievably slow.

Last night I thought it may be an IRQ problem, so I checked them and the 9700pro is on IRQ16 but theres also a "OHCI Compliant IEEE 1394 Host Controller" on this IRQ 16 also, could this be causing a problem?

Im at a loss for ideas so Id appreciate any and all ideas.

The specs are:

a64 3200
Asus k8v deluxe
sapphire 9700pro
512mb Mushkin PC3500 Level2 (was 2x512mb but I think the other one is broken, I hope not though, dont see any reason why it should just break randomly)
Audigy 1
