I can only find them on ebay.
A bit off topic, 6800 Ultra seems to be drying up on the major sites I buy from (newegg, monarch, zzf.) eVGA no longer lists Ultra, or Ultra Extreme on their site but were there a couple of weeks ago.

Seems like a waste, you would pay as much for that card as a 7800GTX would cost.
