to work with an 865 / 875 chipset

Low timings ... High fsb
and low voltage ...

any ideas which memory will do this ?

Sonds like you are looking for a magic :D . I guess the better you can get is a TCCD running 280~290 2.5-3-3-x @ 2.8~2.9v .

I think Micron chips/Crucial Ballistix will require more than 3v for 250+ , but they easily reach 250@2.5-2-2-x .

If you get some very good TCCD or TCC5, you can go up to 250MHz CL2. But I don´t think that this is as fast as you want ;-)
