I think 2-3-3-* is the best you can achieve, 2-3-2-* might be possible but I don't think you have a very good chance.

These settings are clear.. but i mean the rest! The DFI Board has 20 or more settings and they are very important! I have 2-3-3-7 now.. And the rest?

Why have 250Mhz? Why not 300Mhz?
I have my LE's at 2.5-4-3-7 at 300Mhz. :)

The rest? How about auto.

I tried Auto... Unstable.. And why i try 250Mhz? I try 250, because they must be stable, then i try 275 and then 300! But first 250 must be stable and it isnt!

So what?

If auto don't work....it's usually something else. LDT multi set to 4? Should be. 2-3-3-7 probably isn't loose enough....try 2.5-3-3-0 (I love tras 0, don't ask why).
IMO, it's good practice to test guaranteed settings first, then experiment.

Exactly what I was thinking....

I try test guaranteed settings with 250 Mhz @ 2-3-3-7 i think ;) ! So what? ;) The rest i more important.. but when i set Auto everywhere it runs unstable.. that suckz! Some ideas?
LDT is 4 ;)

Can it boot? If so, please post a screenshot of A64 tweaker....I wanna see what auto is setting for you, it's always very loose timings for me with my TCCD.
I try test guaranteed settings with 250 Mhz @ 2-3-3-7 i think ! So what? I don't understand what you mean....
Also, does it work at 2.5-3-3-7? I never knew TCCD to work consistently at 2-3-3-7 @ 250MHz.

Yeah you want 2.5 for sure.

 Ehm.. The LEs have guaranteed settings 2,5-3-3-7 up to 275 Mhz..
Yes i meant 2,5, not 2 ;)
With 2,5-3-3-7 it works unstable, but windows is booting, only Prime and SUPER PI are getting errors! Games etc are running!

Can you please post a SS of A64 tweaker? I wanna know what exactly auto is setting for you, it's probably tightening something WAAAYYY too much.

A SS with 2,5-3-3-7 and the rest on "Auto" ? Ok i will do! One moment, man ;) I will do it ;)

Alright, here are the BIOS settings that my (very nice) LA are stable at 300 2.5-3-3-3 with: BIOS is 704, which has the same order of timings as 623, IIRC.
Okay, after the 2.5-3-7-3 try 10-16-3-3-2-3, the rest of the timings at auto/enable.
EDIT: didn't see you posted a shot....not that I can see it yet, but still try those timings as they're fairly loose (loose enough for my LA to go 2.5-3-3-3 1T at 300 at least!).

What voltage are you at? What about your CPU speed?

2,7V.... 2,25 Ghz with 1,35 V.. That enough i think ;) It cant be the CPU
I added u in MSN! Come online man ;)

Hmmmm....I don't know what's causing the problem, those values certainly sound fine.

I'll read your mind next time. Here's an idea: How about the damn search function?
"timings tccd" turns up this. Search and non-jackassery is your friend. Cripes I only have those sticks and that board. Maybe you don't care what I have to say?

TP00....he's having problems with it even with loose timings, but it gets better the more he loosens them, there's more to this problem than just reading a guide.

Probably the memory controller. Not the point anyways. Maybe I read the smilie wrong but I'd save the eye rolling for people that know less than you, or are silly, certainly not those that know more and are trying to help. Thread started for those timings even though he coulda searched and then you try and help you get the stick. That's the best thread on those so in a way I still helped more than I should have.

Now they run @ 2-2-2-5 200 Mhz.. This is the only way i get them stable... lol!

Gonna have to try another setup to be sure. Sucks if you don't have any friends that OC or lots of extra parts. I have to rely on the latter. :p:
I understand you tried without much cpu speed too but the memory controller could be flaking.

Naw.. i have any friends, who OC too :( I am a lonely fighter :D :D I always want the best.. but the ram is my enemy.. all other parts of my PC run fine, only the RAM! Damn :banana::banana::banana:!
Na i will go to the G.Skill Forum, maybe there can someone help me.. i hope so...

Try the -1's at least. I like the 510 series.

510 Series isnt made for DualCore CPUs

Oh geez, here we go again. ALthough this time I may have made a mistake. But hey, try the -1, of whatever series you want. I really think its probably the MC.
Piece of advice... the rolleyes smiley is mostly to let people know you are being sarcastic. Not degrade people trying to help you.
