I need help overclocking this processer. It hits a wall at 3.211ghz. My ram is PC4000 and it does not stay stable after 247fsb 1:1 divider. Even if i lower divider it does not work. I have good cooling and load does not got above 40c. I dunno what to do can anyone help me. It is a 2.6c Northwood 130nm technology.

If even after changing the divider on the ram, and throwing volts/cooling at the chip it doesn't go any higher, you probably have a dud chip :(
not every processor can overclock the same as another.. a 600mhz overclock isnt too bad though. think of the money you saved by overclocking :p:

that a D1 or an M0? 'cause I've found that most D1s stop at around 3.2 to 3.4 range.
