Bios doesn't support 120, 140, 150,180, can I use them in A64 Tweaker?

My Chaintech VNF4 only supports the official memory divers(100/133/166/200+), if I use the in-between dividers listed in A64 tweaker that other boards such as DFI or Msi support in their Bios, will they work?

Also, what software can correctly read the memory speed at these dividers? On my brother's DFI, CPU-Z won't list the memory speed, and Clockgen lists it as -1.
