I have one 2.53b, pack date 6-14. It's a BO but don't know where it's made as it came in one of those retail boxes with no location. It's installed in a P4T-E now so can't check the spreader.

It maxed out at 2.92 gig and 1.70 volts on a P4B266-E. I was pleasantly surprised to find it does 3.01 gig at 1.66 volts on a BD7II. I'm pretty sure it will do 2 mhz more for 3 gig on the P4T-E at 1.71 volts true, but the board maxes out at 156 fsb. I'm on air.

2.97 gig at 3950 bandwidth makes for a strong board though; it's currently my 3DMark2001 champ. Unbuffered Sandra memory scores are around 2500+.

I'll let you know on saturday - am looking for a C1 step or late B0 step. Shooting for 180+FSB on phase change.
