I don't think you can have full 4 dimms by using 310 bios:)
Try merlin mod bios

623-3 was the one that got my PQI TCCD going 512x4. Give that a try.

331-3 worked fine for me with 4X512MB of Corsair TCCD RAM. They clocked decently (250Mhz+ stable), but i was limited by one of the pairs (that gay XMS Xpert stuff).

Here are my settings with 510-2 for 4x512 286Mhz 2.5-3-3-8@2.9v with same board and memories as you (from top to bottom):
200-D-2.5-3-8-3-16-22-3-3-2-3-2046-1-E-A-0-7-2-9-F-7-256-E-16-7-D
Find the screenshot in my sig.
It is a good idea to swap memories around once you find your maximum with the memories in the slots they are now. To get the right memory in the right slot can make a huge difference (10Mhz, maybe more) and you can only be sure to achieve the optimal placement if you try all the 24 possible combinations.

623-3 has been the best for me, but I'm not using 4x512mb G.Skill LE, I'm only using 2x512mb. :)

Now got the extra gig. 260Mhz at 2.5-3-3-6 seems stable (2t, Bank Interleave = disable). Should be able to push it further - watch this space! :)

623-3 good for 4x512 UTT too? I hope to get my 2GBs of Gskill GBGH stable at around 250 2-2-2 when I get my NF4 stuff up and running.
