I ordered Gskill 2x512 GH dual channel kit and it's on the way to reach my hand.Unfortunately, I heard that 2x512 UTT BH5 does not get high fsb on nforce2 mobo, izzit true? Currently I'm using double sided corsair 2x256 BH5 (different week production) and it's running 252 @ 2-2-2-11, cpc on, 3.6v stable.

Those 256's are "seen" as single sided. You will most likely need to run 2T and lower fsb with the 512's.

A friend of mine has problem with them and NF7-S... can't get them work stable with 1T and with some difficulties even with 2T.

If they are double sided they are seen as double sided sticks, the memory contoller needs to acess two banks to get that full 256MB, so it sees two sides. I have no idea where you got your information, but there's nothing true about it.
