Do you have a fan running over them? And are you using the 3.3v rail or the 5v rail for your Vdimm?

Stick fan over them and you should be fine, just make sure that area has good air flow and that should solve your problem

the vdimm mosfet get EXTREMELY hot when running off the 5v....get a fan blowing over that and the ram.

Here are some tips I got from the master.. big toe

1. Switch back to the 3.3v jumper or you risk dammaging the mobo and the ram
2. Switch to the yellow slots as the second orange DIMM on the dfi kills ram.
3. switch to big toe 704 mod bios. it has some good fixes in there. i will attach it in a zip file.
4. dont go above 3.3volts on the memory. to get greater than 3.2 volts you can do the vdimm mod (this is the best way) or do the jumper trick. if your interested in the jumper trick lmk and someone (or myself) will tlel u how to do it.
5. mess with th dram drive strength. it doesnt effect ur performance at a particular clock AT ALL, but it can REALLY help with stability when set correctly. try different settings and see in memtest which gets the highest mhz/lowest errors and use that.

thnx for the answer :) you can explain the jumper trick??

you recommend put the rams on the yellow DIMM??

i want to burn-in...what test is the correct to do this? test5?? or other?

now i run al default except 2-2-2-5 3.2v and is stable, memtest windows, super pi, OCCT, are ok with this test??

the final question, what is the range of error during the memtest process?? it's ok 30 hrs for burn-in?

k well i went from 1750 errors through a complete memtest @ 3.4V to 2700 erros @ 3.5 volts both @ 2.2.2.10

here are the rest of the settings i used.. perhaps someone could share some insight

250*10
LDT = 3x
CPU Volt = 1.56
Chipset Volt = 1.6
DRAM = 3.4 - 3.5
2.2.2.10

TRC = 7
TRFC = auto
TRRD = 2
TWR = 2
TWTR = 1
TRwt = 2
TREF = 3120
TWCL = auto
bank interleave = enabled
DQS Skew = Auto
DQS Value - 0
Drive strength = auto
Data Drive strength = level 4
Asynch = auto
preamble = auto
Idle = 256
Dyanamic = disable
R/W Queue = 16x
Bypass max = 7x
32 byte = disable (8 burst)

Ok, first of all this is VX3200 not VX4000, so you don't run at 250 2-2-2 to burn in.

OCZ already said you do 3.2 @ 200 2-2-2-10 to burn in. Work from there. Only with the VX4000 you do 250 2-2-2 @ 3.3 for burnin.

i run the burn in at 200Mhz 3.2v

but is normal that during the burn in process show me errors???

and what test run for the burn-in??

There shouldn't be any errors. Make sure your PSU is giving out enough voltage for 3.2v Vdimm. If it drops below 3.3v that could cause a problem...if at all possible it's best to have the 3.3v rail .15v above the Vdimm.

Also, having a fan running over the RAM is needed, make sure it's blow enough air

second of all sorry.

i have the VX4000... so i am doing the correct speed.

and my PSU is doing its thing.. its giving @ 3.2 3.26V...and @ 3.3 its supplying 3.35V

i have a fun running over my RAM... its one of those Zalman fan brackets with a 92mm fan overtop.
