HeyHo Dudes..
Yesterday i bought my new ram, because i thought is the best i could choose.. the G.Skill GBLAs.. But..I wont run.. I tried 2-2-2-5 @ 200 Mhz.. But i wont work stable.. Dual Prime and Dual PI are getting errors.. I have a DualCore 4400+, so i must test it in Dualmode.. :)
I read the guide of kakarote, but all these settings there wont work to... :(
I use the 623-1 Bios.
I tried the settings for 275 Mhz @ 250 Mhz but negative.. All the time prime, PI and Memtest are getting Errors..Any idea?

your link doesn't work. I think not all of the LA's will do 2-2-2-5 at 200. What timings are you running right now?

2.5-4-4-8?

They are rated ddr400 2-2-2-5, i suggest doing some memtest work and if its the ram contact for an rma.

Anyone? :(

Why do so many people run TCCDS with a -3 RAM? I think -1 Bios is the right for TCCDs?

have you got 1 t enabled ? try it with it disabled , in bios its command per clock option set it to disabled. and try the 623 -3 bios (http://home.no/trac3r/Bios/DFI.LANPARTY.NF4/N4D623-3.zip)

I want to run them with 1T.. 250 Mhz are ok to run them with 1T.. !
Whats the difference between 623-1 and 623-3? The -1 is optimized for TCCDs... the -3 is for all RAMs.. so why? I have a TCCD ;) Or why do u think, that this could help me?

AFAIK the RAM is not rated to run @1T. So u should try 2T first @ memtest and see if it ist working correctly. If not --> RMA

If it is working correctly, try different BIOS Versions and give yourself some time trying 'em and flashing correctly. If you don't use CMOS Clear nor Load optimized defaults etc. you won't hit any decent results with that board

Also, it could be as simple as a sucking iMC

I recommend the DFI Official 6-23-05 Bios from their web site, I have G.Skill PC-4400LE's rev.513 TCCD rumming at 300MHz 2.5-3-3-6 24/7 Prime/memtest/superPI stable.

What revision is the memory?

Try the sticks individually at stock speeds and see if one stick is giving you errors.

Have you tried any other memory? Is your computer stable on its own? :)

It cant be the IMC! I know many people who has the same cpu as me, of couse from the same week as my one and it runs perfectly! The RAM is 440 :)
Ok i will try the Bios from the DFI Website.. BTW: @240 MHz they run stable@ 2,5-3-3-7 ;)
