I currently Have 1 stick of 512mb memory its kingston value ram pc2700 running at 210mhz 2.8v. I want to upgrade my mem to around 1 gb, Should I get a pc3200 kit 2x256 or another stick of the kingston value ram pc2700?

Another 512mb stick so you can still use it if you upgrade your system to something with dual-channel support.

Either one works...both will run the DC in NF2 because 2 of the slots share the same channel. I ran 2x256 + 1x512 bh-5 in dual channel the whole life-cycle of my 2500+/2600+xp-m on both my nf7-s and UI, both worked fine at both boards' respective fsb limit.

That being said, yeah...I'd get a 512mb stick, just because it's less sloppy. If possible, i'd try to get rid of that stick and get a kit that will do well with low volts, as that's all that nf7-s can handle, and it would help if you ever wanted to upgrade to A64.
