I'm running my double sided 512MB Corsair XMS BH-6 at 260 2-2-2-5 3.5v
BH-6 is pretty solid stuff
expecially when you can get it for $50 on the forums :D

BH-6 = BH-5 + voltage, so if you give it enough voltage it will behave like BH-5, technically.

BH-6 is the same IC as BH-5, it's just BH-5 that failed post-fabrication factory standards, and didn't make it into the BH-5 "quality" speed bin.

Regardless, they didn't test the RAM at high voltage - BH-6 almost always still does incredibly well :).

I thought it was more like this
"BH-6 166nm
BH-5 150nm
CH-5 130nm"

So did I.

But BH-5/BH-6/BH-7 are all the same IC - much the same as TCCD/TCC5 (sort of... the different standards are compareable - same IC, different standards).

When he says same company he means TCCD and TCC5 are made by the same company (Samsung) and BH-5 and BH-6 are made by the same company (Winbond).

Id like to try out some of the legendary old school BH5 but i cant afford it after getting some Mushkin Blue ("old school" UTT, as it was early stuff :p: ) which is kicking ass at the moment (254mhz 3.36v single stick) :)
