I just downloaded the FEAR demo on 56k, I go to install it and i get this error:

done this and installing DirectX9 (which also caused the error) has installed.

right...I aint playing that pc raping game until i get my 1GB Mushkin, Playing FEAR with only 512mb of ram is just pointless.

In your sig, is yours the one that runs 10*270 with the 183 divider? If so (u got redline, right?) u might be able to run 270 without a divider @ 2-2-2-5 :eek: . At worst, u run 11*250 2-2-2-5. Each should give u a nice boost. Make sure u have bank interleave enabled.

Its just plain Twinmo UTT as my REdline never turned up :( but Alter did give me my money back, i have some Mushkin Blue arriving soon (I hope) and that should stop most of the stuttering in FEAR.
