I'm wondering if there are any widescreen LCD's 19" or above that are faster than the 2005fpw.

None right now.
The Dell 2005fpw would be the best wide screen LCD for gaming

Why do you ask?
The 2005fpw is a really nice screen even in image quality

There is a new line of pannel from AU obtronics with the P-MVA tech.
No LCDs have been released with it, but aparently its the best LCD pannel above 19", and could easily pwn all the pannels that are not the VP191b in image quality, peformance, and viewing angles, not to mention they have a larger viewable area. I jsut hope they wont be too expensive, which I doubt

I'd like to get something that has zero noticable ghosting and about half the people I talk to say they notice a little ghosting on the 2005fpw.

You would expect 0 ghosting on those pannels that havent released yet.
If its not those pannels, then your best bet is the VP191B (19") if you want 0 ghosting and 0 motion blur.

From what I heared, you only see a bit of motion blur on the 2005fpw.
Ghosting is the next stage of slow response time, where the transition is so slow that you see the picture duplicated in a ghost trail
Motion blur is when the image becomes blurry as it moves, because the colors are not changeing fast enough, but do not leave a trail.

Some people jsut say they see ghosting, but dont specify if its either ghosting, motion blur, or both

Nope, its a 19" (4:3)
Check the LCD guide for more info on the VP191B or any other LCD

To simplify, ghosting is a more extreme form of motion blur. If you want an LCD with absolutely NO motion blur, you won't be able to find one. ALL LCDs exhibit this phenomenon, even the fastest panels.

However, motion blur isn't necessarily that bad... even CRTs motion blur if you know how to look for it. The difference between the motion blur of a CRT and a fast panel LCD isn't that great anymore... however, it is still noticeable. I would argue that the difference is close enough that it won't really decrease your competitiveness even in very fast games like FPSs.

IMO, however, if someone notices ghosting (i.e. trailing) on an LCD monitor, I would stay away from that for gaming. However, in the end, its all a matter of personal preference and what type of gaming you mostly do.

The short answer to your question is that there are no other faster widescreen panels than the Dell 2005FPW out. There are plans to make larger panels faster in the near future, but whether or not they will be widescreen I'm not sure.

I personally wouldn't get that hung up on the widescreen issue though... if you had a widescreen 20-inch and a regular 20-inch LCD in front of you, the gaming experience isn't as different IMO as some people claim it is. And, to consider all the problems involved in getting games to run in widescreen, not to mention the SLI problems with widescreen, its a lot of hassle.
