Well I think I said everything in the title, I have a ATI HDTV Wonder pci tuner card that BSODs at 36.3mhz but is totally stable @ 36.1mhz...
BTW it is the difference between 217HTT and 218HTT, this sucks.
I have a PCI latency setting in BIOS but that's it and I have no idea what to set it to, or if it will even help.
This is holding me back at least 40-50mhz on my cpu...
Any ideas?
