You can probably do much better...drop timings to 2-2-2-5, auto alpha timings. Set multi to 10 and automatically work your way up using Systool (8M or 16M seems to be best while not taking forever to complete). Also, put voltage up to 3.5V

how i put the volts up higher i can only see 3.2 i changed the thing on the mother bord for upto 4v

you need to set the cpu voltage to anything besides auto when making the jumper switch.

ok dun that and got it at this at the mo what divider should i use to have the cpu at 2.8 with my ram at 260 with those timings coz that would be great

Hmmmm, is 2.8 perfectly stable? Is that the max 32M stable? How about 260, is that the max at those timings? Anyway, for getting 260 and 2.8, it's not exactly possible. Run 11x255 for 2.8GHz and the closest mem. If you can run (and are absolutely positive of this) 2.86GHz, run 11x260.
