Finally, after four months of pestering maxxx to no end, I've ordered my watercooling parts.

thus far, I've ordered my WMD20RLZT and random crap from mcmaster-carr. Tommorrow, I'm going to frozenCPU to buy a swiftech storm (unless they run out of them again), as well as autozone to get a 2-302 and some zerex. Finally, I'll probably get my money off to echow for some sanyo denkis tommorrow. :)
expect loads of pictures soon ;)
(anyone have any good ideas how to mount this all with as much inside my case as possible? this is my compy (http://bs.brokenedge.net/cooling/comp.jpg))

EDIT: pics! yay!

thats one massive case.
If you can remove that harddrive rack, that will give you enough
space to put ur rad.

It wont be easy with that case. How much room is there above the PSU?

If that wont work, I think your only internal option would be the following:

Move the hard drives into the 5.25" bays with some adapters. Cut out the 3.5" cage and the bottom 1 or 2 bays of the 5.25" cage to make the heatercore fit. I think that heatercore is just over 12" tall, so see how much you'd have to remove for that to fit.

Both of those ways would make all but the pump be internal. The Iwaki may fit under the GPU, but it wouldn't have a lot of room with that other card there.

If those don't suit you, you're gonna have to mount at least the radiator if not the radiator and pump to the outside of the case.

i'm thinking of relocating my PSU to who knows where (maybe HDD rack at bottom), putting the pump in that area / upper CD bays, and putting the heatercore above it, effectively removing the top of my case.
above the PSU currently is a bit over 2 inches.

The only problem I see with that is having the PSU exhaust into the case. That would add a lot of heat. Maybe you could find a way to make it exhaust.

and the parts keep marching in!
Today, I hit up all the local places for parts. FrozenCPU, got a swiftech STORM. Damn its beautiful. Also nabbed a 2-302 at autozone, and since they don't stock zerex any more I got a nice big jug of prestone. Now I'm just waiting on shipped stuff... pics will be up soon :)
