I have the V1000B, and it rocks man, looks great, easy to work in, great airflow. You gotta love it.

spend little extra and get v1200b.
I sold mine to a friend :(

I think the v1000B would be better for phase change since the empty space is on the bottom, wile the PC 7+ has it on the top. You will have to mode it tho. You will need to open a hole between the mobo part and the empty space on the v1000B

NO, You do not get how tiny v1000 is.. :nono:
Nothing will fit in that tiny bottom space.
I am only trying to help.
Only $20 more v1200 is as wide as v2000's. :alien:

Yep, v1200 would be better if you really need the space. v1000 still isn't tiny though :P. Way more room than most cases. (oh and the v1200 costs like 80 euros more over here which is why I didn't get it :P)

PC-7+ since I have Vapochill LS also perfect combo :)

08-07-2005, 05:30 PM
Hmm. Looks like PC-7 is best as i want a vapo.

But think I will just keep PC-75B probs for now. As if the V1000B is so small, i will not buy it.

But i am just as in love with the Wavemaster as the V, anyone with stuff about Wavemasters`?

i have a wavemaster... it was all right.. decent airflow (modular PSU) 2 80mm in the front are nice.. the look of it is very awesome... nice manufactured case.. and the top panel is very convienient and nice.

as far as extra room... good luck...not much space if your plannin any other cooling but air...

there are alot of "wires" from the case... for instance... the 2 fans in the front the LED's from the front the Fan or Panel from up top...

very nice case tho.. specially when you snagged it for cheap like me.

I wsa thinking of good air.

And perhaps if WC comes a big thing again. An external case, kinda Prommie style with Pump, rad etc in it.

Hmm, what do you guys have against the WaveMaster? It's a very nice, elegant case IMO. Actually, I love every CM product :D I would recommend the Stacker (and heavily mod it) but I don't know if it fits your needs.

AH^DK
08-11-2005, 11:06 PM
Hey.

Well Stacker is one case, i refuse to get.

The Lian Li beats it.

Well, its just like, I dont wanna WC anymore, so the PC-75B is like a bit to spacious imo. And when I go to Lans, this Lian Li is like big as ****.
Those are props my two biggest reasons for changing.

The V1200 cost even more than the V2100 in DK.

muaddib
08-12-2005, 04:51 AM
Well, that's your opinion. I think none can beat the great features the Stacker has. The only cases that comes close are the TT rip-offs Kandalf and Armor. Also, If read my post again, you will notice I was doubting the alacrity of the Stacker to you. And if you're refusing to get it, you're missing one of the greatest cases ever :D

AH^DK
08-12-2005, 07:06 AM
Hey.

Well the Stacker looks nice, but its too small versus PC-75B :D

But I really think that the WaveMaster is what I am gonna get.

Maybe V2100B if this isnt satifying me :D

Lian Li - The best :)

08-12-2005, 07:14 AM
"Too Small" is an overstatement. They are both very large no matter how much stuff & bling bling's you'll put in there. Actually, I had the PC75-B before I bought Stacker. With my current setup, I used no more than 50% of the total room both of cases had to offer. The sizes of them both are more than the average user will require. Then, the Stacker wins because of it's features and the level of its elegance do not fall from the PC75.

AH^DK
08-12-2005, 07:21 AM
Well, the Stacker is nice. Though when it comes to big cases, Lian Li are the best IMO :)

Okay, been talking to a friend who was gonna get the WaveMaster once, and he said it was small.. Is that true? Cuz ATM I am seriously thinking about just keeping my PC-75B or perhaps getting a V2000B or summet.

bullet2urbrain
08-13-2005, 09:10 AM
i can take pics of it...with all my crap inside.. if you'd like.. you can see exactly how small..i would agree it is KIND OF small.. if you plan on multiple HDD or some sort of "exotic" cooling other than air.

a big PSU might have a hard time fitting with the optical drives in place tho.. as that would be my #1 concern with it.

AH^DK
08-13-2005, 10:31 AM
Okay.. Well, it would be nice if U wanted to take pics of it.

But I think the V1200B is a good choice then?

ATM I am seriously thinking about just keeping my PC-75B or perhaps getting a V2000B or summet.

best thing you could do v2000b is a great case with tons of space to put whatever you want inside and the air flow of its realy good

well guys i had a v1000 (it`s in the WC Gallery) but I wan´t to put de radiators inside and i had a evo 360 so i sell it and bought a stacker and a nexxos 120+240,it´s awesome in interior space and doesn´t vibrate lika de v1000 anda all aluminium cases, besides de hard drives don´t hear anymore.Choose wisely.... :slap:

Hey.

Okay, well, found the V1200B at a resonable price in DK.

Could I fit a tripple rad in the top?

muaddib
08-17-2005, 01:49 PM
But you said you're eventually not going WC.. But if you changed your mind, why bothering with another case other than the PC75?

lian li's latest series is the best case in the world atm!

I voted for the Antec Super LanBoy, borrowing one for a lan (normally case free :p) and to be honest, it's made me want to use a case again.

for the most part it's tool free, there are some normal screws but who here doesnt have a screwdriver of some sort handy?

The construction is extremely solid, all lightweight aluminum but still very sturdy. I've crammed the rig in the sig (air cooled ATM) into the case. despite it's compact size there was plenty of room for some good cable hiding, for the most part the cables are tucked out of the way for me; not bad for a 30 minutes job IMO.

factor in 2 120mm fans and you've got a solid case with good airflow.

The Lian-Li PC-7 would be my second choice (they have the 120mm fan in front right?); the 1000 series with the mesh are nice but seem REALLY common and I couldn't justify the price; that extra $100 would be better spent on upping the internals; but that's me.

Gonna keep my PC-75B again for a bit I guess :)

Btw thanks guys.

Might just get the Super Lanboy for my second rig.
