few months ago i got this FC
never try to test its limit!
today i was cleaning all my ram (using alcohol)
then.... don't know y i wanna try the DDR600 2.5-3-3-5....

maybe a stupid question but how do you take off the factory heatspreaders?
any special tools or anything?

no....... i break it!! just keep open it!!
then put a knife in between.... kinda danger.....
it only run for 46min....

is there any other way of taking it off with out breaking it or causing physical damage to it?

I use a credit card & push it between the IC's & the spreaders, until you can wiggle the spreaders off!!!

Is your Ram getting Hot? If yes put a fan over it, if not try 2.9V and let Prime run. Or try 2.5-3-3-6
