I need a quality case that will fit a watercooling setup. One with room for a bix II.

I'm stuck between these two.

I'd go for the top one, but for watercooling i suppose you can take out the bays on the bottom one so it might be worth getting that that. looks easier to mod

Top one and get a bip3 instead and put on the top of it.

Both are good (I had both...). 73's main advantage is that it has front door to trap noise... However, location of radiator do become somewhat of an issue as drilling hole in top basically destroys the reason case was built :P (Well, it does look cleaner with front door closed which could be taken out easily :))
There is no front intake in this case, everything is from bottom. (Even the HDD is getting cooled by small bottom slit that pulls air through it with 2 80mm fan I think...)

This link does have what I had (used BIP3 at top location).
Only place for BIXII in this case really would be top though... Reason being bottom could be used but it will be very hard to fit mobo in and some connectors might be hard to reach....
The other case do have bit more flexibility as you could shove BIX2 in front and fabricate Front face plate that will flow nice amount of air.
