Well I opened this program "smart guardian" and it crashed my comptuer I was able to boot back into the GUI so i deleted this program. Their was another one just like it called "smart speed" i tried to open it to see if I got the same effect, what a mistake! I got the Blue screen of death and now my computer is screwed. See my sig for my computer, the mother board is DFI ultra-d.

Now when i book I see the "lan party" logo, I can hit delete and get into bios. But this is all that works, If i jsut let it boot normal its stops loading immiedietly everytime on this screen I cannot use f8 to do last known good. I cannot even ctrl + alt + delete from this screen and get out of it. I disabled the HDD in the bios and tried to boot to my win XP cd and I still get stuck on this screen. My questions are.

what do you guys think is broke?, I was thinking maybe my MBR, but I dont evne get an error it just hangs so how can I fix it if thiers nothing I can do besides get into bios. I was also thinking maybe I could re-flash but how can I do this If i cannot boot to a floppy. am I screwed and if so is something physically broken by opening a program? that doesnt make sence. I need to get this up and running asap please guys help!

Looks like a borked bios to me.
I had the same thing happen to me a couple of weeks ago with my SLI-D, screen wouldn't go past the bios, couldn't load Xp, nothing.
Had to ship the board to the store I bought it from and strangely enough, they said it worked without any problems.

flash bios see if that helps...if not report in...looks like smart gaurdian and the other program may have :banana::banana::banana:ed up your bios

He said he cant go beyond the BIOS, so he cant flash the BIOS with a floppy

Try replacing the BIOS.
Ive never done this so I dont know exactly how you do this.
Follow this LINK (http://www.frozencpu.com/search.html?mv_profile=searchstring&mv_sort_field=description&mv_matchlimit=33&mv_session_id=akWye64o&mv_searchspec=bios)

Also try removing some hardware. Replace your mem sticks or change them around. Try running on on-board video and audio only. Try to remove and replace as much hardware as you can to see if another hardware is holding you back
