2 x 1 Crucial B Tracer crashes in BF2..

Had my tracers for a week now. They seem to be stable at 3-3-3-8, 2,65v in memtest, prime95, 3Dmark and PCmark. But running BF2 always ends with a systemcrash. Sometimes I can play for 2 hours, sometimes only 2 minutes.

The same crash even occurs at 250 3-4-4-8 witch i the SPD setting.
My system was 100% stable (even BF2) at 254 with my old corsair XSM (2 x 512 sticks.)

System:
Abit IC7 MAX3
Pentium 4 3,0@3,75 ghz @1,38v cooled w/ Thermaright SP94
Crucial Ballistix Tracer 2 x 1 GB (default settings)
Sapphire x800XTpe (Silencer) currently default speeds
MIST 500 w PSU
windows XP SP2

What could be the problem?
Anybody else running Crucial Ballistix Tracer 2 x 1 GB on a 875 system?

hmm maybe it`s a 875p issue.. Just tested, and it`s stable in Super 32 m at 3-3-3-8 at 250 FSB. But still it gives me random crashes in BF2.. Could i help to disaple PAT or Fastwrite?
