Hi out there ..
I will use some DDR566 from A-Data in the near future on my MSI K8N Neo2 Plat.
How much Voltage i can give them without any "problems" And How to cool them best? Heatspreaders ON or OFF ?

Most TCCD only require 2.6-2.8v to hit high HTT and will error if given too much Vdimm. My G.Skill LA's will do up to 290mhz with 2.6v and only need 2.7v to get over 310mmhz, G.Skill LE's that I've had would do up to 290mhz with 2.7v and over 300mhz with 2.8v.
You shouldn't run into any problems with cooling if you keep the Vdimm at the right levels, I'd suggest putting a small fan (80mm) blowing over the ram.
check this thread out for cooling ideas:

Mine scales up to 3.0V...the max I've ever done was 3.1...which is where I found out it doesn't scale any further :)

Mainquestion about the cooling solution was the Heatspreader Thing. Should i let them ON or should i take them OFF? What about Burning IN this sticks? Or is this only for Winbond Chips ?

There is no need on taking heatspreaders out (consider as well the warranty). If you gonna raise the volts, then just a fan on top will do the work fine.
Burning is neither needed.

Hmpf ... yesterday my MSI K8N Neo2 arrived. I sold my DFI cuase i thougth the 2T Problem wich i have got is cuased by the Mainboard. Many users have got 2T Bug with the DFI board.
But now on the MSI i have got this Problem too. I just CANT run @ 1T even not @200 Mhz.
What the hell is wrong here ???

sounds like a cpu memory controller issue.

OMG :(
Damn this :banana::banana::banana:ing Venice Chip ....
Problem got fixed by my 3000+ Winchester ... all works fine for now.
So i have to throw this 2700Mhz Venice in my HTPC :P
I think i will let him work @ 2500 cause my two 256MB Sticks of BH6 can do 250Mhz @ 3.3 Volt easy.
Omg this IMCs are really crazy ...
Edit ... DOSNT WORK :( :( :(
I think i will sell this Sticks and bvuy some OCZ with Winbonds
