Winbond on Infineon DDR400? Please Help to Identify

Sup y´all. We all know that there are some Infineons with BH-6, only PC2700.

I recently found this pic:

You can see the 2 dots of Winbond (are they?)

What chip is that??? BH-5 Maybe? CH-5?

Looks very much like it. Test @ 200mhz 2-2-2-5 1T 2.8v. If it boots, it's likely BH. If it boots at something like 3V only, more likely CH. BUT PLEASE ensure you know how to clear CMOS before doing so as if it isn't, it won't POST.
