Help w/ PC3200 RAM

K well I need some new memory for my new build and its going to have to be PC3200 DDR2 or DDR 400. I want it off of newegg.com

The timings are the same on both of them but the corsair is 20 bucks more. Im on a tight budget and I just need some help in what to get.
