My system is in my sig.
On 9*275 2.5-3-3-7@2.8-2.9V my system won't even boot.(not even pass memtest #5)
On 270mhz it gives a few errors in memtest but why won't they do the rated speeds?
It says Gskill 4400Le rated at DDR550 2.5-3-3-7 but i have a hard time to get at DDR550. I took this ram so i could do DDR600 because my daily use is 9*300.
I tried several bioses with no luck.
Currently using the 510-2 Fix bios.
Anyone can help me out here?
Btw: below you see a64 settings.

Gskill TCCD can come in all forms and different weeks perform differently. What weeks do you have 431, 440, 504, 507 ?
try loosening trfc from 14 to 16, 17 or 18
play with drive/drive data strength and TREF combinations in memtest first then windows and take a read http://i4memory.com/showthread.php?t=327
i've never had a pair of 2x512MB Gskill PC4400LE that would do 300mhz easy so it might be too much of an ask, i've had 4 pairs of 2x512MB Gskill PC4400LE (2 are rma replacements for 1st 2 pairs which didn't do stock speeds) and 2x 256MB Gskill PC4400LE which do 305-315mhz 2.5-4-3-7
normally it's around 290mhz 2.5-3-3-7 to 294-296mhz 2.5-4-3-7
sure i can bench at 300mhz but no where near stable in pcmark04 custom memory test http://i4memory.com/showthread.php?t=474

Did you try 623-3?? Try 275*8x to rule out the cpu crapping out on you and than run some memtest your ram should be able to do those speed and timings easy, if not its rma time

623-2 seems to be much better for me.
I am on 294mhz 2.5-4-3-7@ 2.7V.
After 5 bioses i finnaly got one that works for my tccd's:)

the funny part is I can get 296mhz 2.5-4-3-7 stable but i can't get it 275mhz 2.5-3-3-7 stable like its rated on the box, gives me like 600 errors in one loop in memtest #5. Seems weird since it is an average LE overclock if I look around on forums.

You can try in the BIOS this settings:
Drive strenght: Level 5 or 7
Data drive strenght: Level 2
You could try as well:
Idle cycle limit: 256
Bios 623-3 gives me the higher FSB/stability.

Alright I going to see if level 2 does the thing, if not I flash another bios (623-3).
Drive strenght: Level 5 gives me less errors then 3 and 7.
Also 623-3 is an offi bios but there is also another unoffi 623-3 bios. Which one do I need to take?

seems I can't save settings with 623-3 Bios. It won't boot anymore when i change default settings.
