Centon rebadged PQI? Litterally..

I recieved my 2x1GB centon (not DC kit) to find 3 distinguishing marks, 2 of them surprising:

1)Centon sticker
2)PQI sticker, similar to my 2x512 PQI kit...
3)PQI labeled ram chips...

lol, you would think they would leave out the PQI sticker at least...

thats not a rare case in memory industry.

some manufacturers have their 'value' products built by others. for example ocz's premier/value series are also built by pqi and corsair's vaule by adata to my knowledge.

i think its b/c they're enthusiast orientated companies but also they don't want to miss out on possible income from 'value' segment of the market, which is also the biggest segment.
