I'm assuming the cooler below would work on a S754 board (specifically the DFI Lanparty NF3 250gb mobo). Don't all S939 coolers work on S754 boards, as long as they fit? Thanks for the help.

yes that one should work, and yes to ur other question about 939 and 754 cuz they are the same size cpu
