Speedfan shows :banana::banana::banana: temps. Anything better for Ultra-D?

You can use MBM5 with x64 Edition or 32 bit OS. It works on NF3s and NF4s.
The latest config file also supports reading Video Card temps (including NVidia and SLI configurations).
A guide and tutorial can be found here http://www.dfi-street.com/forum/showthread.php?t=6798&page=1&pp=15
hope you like it.

Link doesn't work as usual Paul :(
Some users that tried are already reporting issues.
Vitaliy (VVJ from CBID) has slick new version of Nextsensor he is very close to finishing. Should be done shortly. It's working fine in x64.
SysTool works as well.
At the moment I am using Windows 64 as well with MBM and no issues at all.

give Systool a try. I dont even use SG on my 32bit windows cuz Systool is so nice and it works on X64 as well.
