Which board are you using? Have you checked here (http://www.maximumoc.com/setfsb.html) and tried the GA-8IEXP Ultra Ver1.4d version of SetFSB, which apparently supports the 845PE?

CPUFSB (http://www.podien.onlinehome.de/CPUFSB.HTM) works nicely w/ 4PEA and P4PE atleast :)
