It took a week and a half for them to get my first RMA back to me.. Thats even overnighted it to them. They sent back a pair that didnt post at all and I asked for a cross ship on a brand new pair and they did that no problemo.

We are sorry for the delay but we are commited to customer service and replacing your product. Please email me about your particular RMA and I will get my RMA guys to expedite it.

lol... maybe you could just put the ram in your time-space continuum transporter and get it back in 20 minutes...

I think you're being a little bit difficult. If you've ever RMA'd ANYTHING you'd know that getting a part back in a week is ridiculously FAST. Try that with a motherboard to ASUS or MSI, lol...

For a lot of companys, yea, a week is insanely fast..

chaintech, and asus take forever..

DFI, crucial and OCZ are very quick, thats what has kept a lot of people's business.

I don't buy asus anymore, nor chaintech because it took over a month. :stick:

I really dont like paying $120 for a stick of ram, having it dead, and having to wait a month to get a new one when the price drops $20 and I would have been better off waiting :nono: Wouldn't be the first time its happened to me :(

I've had to RMA twice to OCZ, once was a regular RMA that took 3 days
And the second time they cross-shipped with me and it was here next day

After filling out the form the day before :)

Oh I've RMA'd things before. In fact I have an OPEN RMA with OCZ right NOW! But seriously, complaining about 1 week turnaround time is silly. I've used MUSHKIN RMA service and they ship the ram 3 or 4 days after they receive RMA... what more could you ask for?

The RMA on my MSI Neo 2 platinum I had took a little over a month. A week and a half I can deal with. Of course I do have a backup PC for such occasions.

I've also got an RMA open with OCZ. It's been 11 days so far and still no notification of shipment. While it would have been nice to have my RAM back already it was nothing like sending a wireless router back to D-Link. 3 weeks from the time my router was received till it a replacement was sent back to me ( + another week total transit time).

Could be worse for sure!

yhea

but keep in mind, OCZ, muskin are highly wanted, and widly used brands. So they also have a lot of RMA's probably due to their high costumer count.

And a week IS fast :p:
