This is for a friend. He is getting a new mobo along with RAM. What do you guys think is good RAM for a DFI LanParty NFII Ultra B and a Athlon XP2000+.

He already has 1 x 512MB HyperX PC3200 so he will be running wtih 3 sticks and the Corsair in dual channel.
Any suggestions are welcome for around the same price that overclock well.
go for the 3200C2. Theres a fair chance of it being UTT BH or TCCD/5, and even if it has crappy chips then atleast it won't be that bad timings (2-3-3)

I tried a lot of stuff and I finally found that sticking with the highest rated Hynix chips I could buy for socket A worked well for me because they hit their peak with relatively little voltage requirements (in my case that meant OCZ enhanced latency 4000 series) . Everyone's experience differs however, I would search Google to get some opinions from the OC sites. Since you are OC'ing a xp2000, a 250 FSB is pretty much top of range in my opinion. Stay with two sticks on the motherboard if at all possible, three gives less potential OC's.

best gig of memory ever used on my Socket-A was TCCD chips. I was able to get 244fsb stable on an ABit NF7.

But can you get TCCD chips for around $100? I have never seen any. I am lookking for the best around that price.

There are threads on the board here about the best overclocking value RAM, run a search :) There have been discussions on all types of varieties.

best deal you'll find for TCC5 is $145 for the Platinum Rev2 at newegg right now with MIR. You're not gonna find anything better than that. TCCD? You can forget it unless it's used. I don't know how well TCC5 works with Socket-A. Hopefully there is no difference.
