I havent seen any. I picked up some supertalent ss 512's that were crapy. Wouldnt even post in a few systems. It did post in the DFI, but i couldnt even get 210 out of them. The Ballistix Tracer 2x1024 1T is about the best thing going imo atm. Thats if you can find them. Check the 2GB Database thread if you havent already. http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/showthread.php?t=67762

Single sided 512's would just be using high density chips to accomplish this. So would like wise OC and act much like 1gb sticks. Only provides a 1T upgrade path. You can not get TCCD or BH type rams and get around the negative issues, never could be single sided 512 sticks of them. I know crucial has value ones.

2*1gb can accomplish what you need just the same. At least there is a high bin available in the BAllistix and some choices.
