You have to remove the fsb jumper to set ddr400.

I thought you remove the jumper for 100/133 use? Or am I missing something(which is could be holding me to ~200MHz)?

the jumper swiches the fsb options from 100,133,166 (wich is jumper on) and 100,133 (wich is jumper off) but im still having problems. and another thing ive noticed is the ram only seems to have a problem runing out fo synk mode if i run my cpu at 150fsb in synk mode it works fine but if the fsb is 133 and the ram is at 300(or any other speed other than 133) it kicks me out of 3d mark.

When the jumper is off if you set 200+fsb the board recognizes the memory as ddr400 if not as ddr333.This made stable my board at 204 fsb synch dual channel.

i can only hit 190 FSB with a single stick of Corsair PC3200 C2 512 MB, i think its a problem with the board, not your memory...
Removing the jumper allowed me to boot at 200 FSb, but it was not stable. that is the only difference removing the jumper has made on my system, but hey i guess it can't hurt.

and mt cpu is an 1800 palimeno so 1.791 ghz is as high as i can go i know its kinda crappy but this is my first real go at a true overclockers rig and ive only got like two systems left to build and sell before the 2400+ and 9700 pro get here and my water cooling stuff is like half put togther but im gettin there. any way like i said above the ram should run at what its rated as right?

Ya, something strange is going on here....
I have been able to hit 210FSB but when it gets it windows the screen starts to flash like I'm changing the resolution...so I went back down to 200FSB its all good, but I get an error message about 1 munuite into the torture test at 200FSB so I don't know....I know its stable because I've been playing quake III all week and running sandra and toast and it hasn't crashed onece.iIt only is crashing when running Prime95.
I'm using a Crystal ORB on the NB and might try some active cooling on the SB too to see if that helps.I don't think its the memory because its rated to go at 217FSB timings 3, 3, 2.0, 7 @ default voltage and I have tried a bunch of timings and even with 2.9V it still gived me problems.
I'm really puzzled :(
