Hi out there ;)

I have "found" two of some old 256 MB Twinmos Ram wich have got nice Winbond BH6 Chips on the PCB. Now I want to get the max out of it.
Dosnt matter if they burn in hell after that. Got 245 Mhz allready on a MSI K8T Neo2 with 3.3 VSense2VDimm Mod.
Have seen Pics and Topics from "hepro5" and his Bh6 sticks. Would be nice to get ~270 Mhz out if them so i dont have to use a ram divider for my 3200+ Venice @ 2700 Mhz.

U need massive Volts to get as far as this. When you can throw "only" 3.3 V then u maybe maxed them out already.

I can go even to 3.9 Volt :D with OCZ Rambooster, but Volts drop under Load :( that i have to fix ....
But are there some kind of other "tweaks" to do ?

:D Go for 3.6 - 3.8 Vdimm and try these settings with A64 tweaker:

Though I'm using BH-5 it should be fine on BH-6 also....... ;)
