Is there any actual physical difference between the old skool BH-5 and BH-6 chips?
Did Winbond simply bin the BH-6 as lower grade when in (original BH-5/6) production?

There is an actual internal physical difference/changes with CH versions. Also size of process is .13 mircon

BH-5 is based on .18 mircon, I take it that BH-6 is also the same process and internally the same design. They should mix well? Be limited to the slowest sticks (which will be BH-6 no doubt, but not by much, right).
Just figured that Winbond graded each either BH-5 or BH-6

Picked up 2 extra sticks of winbond for next to nothing, will give a total of 1GB (2x 256MB BH-5 + 2x 256MB BH-6)
