I do not believe Nvidia have successfully implemented a full PCI Lock. It seems the IDE Controller, and MCP (controls routing functions for the PCI/AGP Cards) implement the bus lock.
Its a bit difficult to believe theres a PCI lock when the IDE controller on most/all nForce boards craps out at 228+ FSB.

Is it possible that its a bios option that they might have added in a new bios?
Seems kinda odd if they claim it has it, yet others have seen things that would show that its not.
Is there a way to test the PCI lock inside windows?
Never really checked into it much, so I couldnt say...

The problem is there is no program tailored to measure the PCI and AGP specifications on an nForce 2 chipset board. Sandra is incorrect 99% of the time, and short of having a device to measure the clock signals, theres no way to determine for certain a PCI lock is active.
