what do you think about them?
the 1gb version is good for overclock?
how are the best times/mhz with an amd cpu?
are better 2 of this 1gb ram or 4*512 ocz 4000vx/gskill 4400le for overclock?
this banks (2gb in total) go with 1t or 2t?
thanks

I haven't seen 2x1024 tracer even running at its rated 3-4-4-8. No matter what it defaults to 3-3-3-8, even at 285+. OCZ will your new 2x1024 do that? Any chance of gettin 2.5 out of em like talked about here at XS?

OCZ have a nice 250fsb kit coming thats 2.5-3-3- at 2.8V and will do 280+ at 3-4-4 if you wish all 1T so this may be the ultimate gaming setup.

Actually I bought 4 total. 2 more just arrived today. (2 main systems)
I dont fiddle with the AV8 & K7D system. Although the K7D Duallie is about to be replaced by a 4400+ system.....

This was posted at the OCZ forums earlier today by BigToe in response to someone's comment that these were no different than the Crucial Ballistix modules which have been out for some time now:
They are not the same IC's, some will get lucky and see 3-4-3 and some may even see 3-3-3 at 250, also we have see some do 270+ fsb but again this is NOT promised, rated speed is 250 etc etc.

I just want to know what happened to the sticks Bigtoe claimed would do 2.5-3-3 and could be overclocked to 280+? I hope these are just a warm up, otherwise, someone's slippin'.
Btw, I mean no insult to bigtoe or anyone else at OCZ, I'm just a curious enthusiast.
