Help me with BH-5 meory timings

ok here it is my settings http://img243.echo.cx/img243/8580/jeb3yw.jpg ok these memorys are two sided khx3000 models but i sold them, but i have one sided khx 3000 and they can hit same memory timings and volts same result but, i need some help to tweak out more them!

Some things you can try:
Idle Cycle Limit - 16
Read Write Queue Bypass - 8x
Bypass Max - 4x
Trfc - 12

None of these will make a huge difference but depending on whether your RAM likes them they could get you that extra couple Mhz.
