Got some KHX Sticks here and i always thought they got BH5 Chips because they reached DDR520 with 2-2-2-6 and 3,2V.
Today i put the HS off and ive seen that i got CH5 Chips.

I think its not normal for CH5 Chips to reach this speed with this "low" timings.

Whats the WR for CH5 Chips ?

Dunno, but you're probably within 10-15mhz off. I'm impressed to see nearly 260MHz with only 3.2v 2-2-2 with CH5, usually they needed 3.4v-3.6v to hit 250 or so with 2-2-2 timings, and most of the time they couldn't even get 2-2-2. Nice stuff you've got there.

Are they Kingston's relabled chips or Winbonds origs?

I think they are the Origs of Winbond. These Sticks seems to be old.
