LOL, I already posted this in General, but I couldn't resist. I thought we'd all get a good chuckle out of this.

Man... I could tell you stories about my old Win98 system and all the crap Norton didn't protect it from. "Is your computer system creating evil lifeforms" is an understatement! Holly hell... :eek:

In case no one knows who Shodan is, shes from the game System Shock 2, the scariest games ever made.

By the way, don't use Norton! It sucks! If you don't know of anything better, then use Panda. It gets all the stuff Norton doesn't and its easier to use, and less annoying.

lol i had made an AI program when i was little and loaded it onto my parents computer to scare them into buying a new one....ahh lol the good days

SS2...what a great game! spent a good few months of playing that game via LAN on Saturday with a mate :) the last bits of that game are intense!

Theres a patch to run it on XP now. :)

Theres also graphic enhancements you can download too. :toast:

Ah, sorry. I get a little defensive about SS2. Nearly everyone says it sucks before even playing it, or rush through it without paying attention to the story in which case it does suck... a lot.

SS2 was amazing! one of the best games ive played and it isnt even my flavour of game (well its FPS, but i prefer proper FPS shoot-em-ups like CS and Quake3) :p:

You'll probably be getting BioShock when it comes out. Its supposed to be the spiritual successor to SS2. They've already been working on it for about 4 years, so its probably getting close to being finished. Being in the biz my self, I give it another year MAX, especially if its a high quality game, like Far Cry was or the type of project I'm involved with. SS3 can't be made because EA owns the rights and no one wants them to make the game because they'd totally ruin it. Looking Glass Sudios are the guys who made it, and the same guys are making BS... LOL!!!! Man... thats a terrible abriviation... :rolleyes:

On topic:
I am sure Windows is "folding" it's own evil AI as a background process. All networked Windows machines are a part of a big distributed evil AI processing network, that controls George Bush/Tony Blair.
