Hi y'all,
I got a Mach 2 GT, problem is I have a FX-55 SD @ 3.5Ghz  and the GT just can't take it....
Well I'm gonna get the the head changed to a Chilly1 :p: that should get better temps but I want to upgrade the compressor for the R402 charge i'll be using...
The compressors i'm looking at are -
Danfoss C18CLX.2 - r404a-507 (http://de.refrignet.danfoss.com/TechnicalInfo/Literature/Manuals/06/sc18clx2_r404a-r507_220v_50hz_06-2005_ed400m202.pdf) or Danfoss SC21CL - R404A-R507 (http://de.refrignet.danfoss.com/TechnicalInfo/Literature/Manuals/06/SC21CL_R404A-R507_220V_50Hz_08-02_Cf54e202.pdf)
But which one will be better for my needs?
Thanks For Your Help

The SC21CL is way overkill. I would get SC12CLX or if you dont worry about the electricity bill then even the SC15CLX or SC18CL would do but it wouldnt gain you much. You might face some problems fitting those compressors in tha Prommy case tough.
Even the original compressor should be enought with R402A if it is properly charged.

I know but I don't want to take the risk of it popping

Just sell that GT then and build another unit:) Do you plan to use it 24/7 or just benching?

Well that SC18CL is an awesome compressor for cascades. It will be overkill for single stage DD but go ahead with it :) I like overkilss :D :D That FX wont even stress it that much. But I wouldnt try this with that original mach condenser...It is WAY too small!

I was gonna get a bigger condenser from Chilly1

You do realize none of this will fit in the Mach II case don't you? Just regas it! A new compressor/condensor is way overkill.

Yup. If you want it to fit in the case and use it 24/7 the NL11F is just perfect. Even with R404A it is very powerfull if properly tuned.

:D Maybe no need for a new compressor. I see U live in Europe so BERKUT here from the forums does nice mods like this here:
http://www.teampuss.com/berkut/BE%20Edition/be5opis.jpg
Double condenser and regassed with R507a. I will mod my unit that way.
Fatty here from the forums postet with a R507a regassed unit (stock condenser) -74°C in Idle and -66 under load (MACH II display):

I've decided to make a custom system....
I found a cheap compressor, its a Electrolux MR22FB for £50 which is cheap...
I'm now trying to find store to buy the rest of the components... Any hints on where to look?
Cheers
Edit - I'll give BERKUT a shout about this!

Be carefull if you order from coolfreeze. They tend to be realy slow and the real end price might be considerably more than advertized...
